About Me

Hi! My name is Alisa, and I am a NASM-CPT, CNC, BCS Elite Fitness Coach located in the Columbia River Gorge. My focus is in general fitness, strength, endurance, 5k to marathon training, injury prevention, sport specific strength training, group running events, and altitude training camps/runs for adults. I am also a Certified Nutrition Coach and Behavior Change Specialist.

 

As a professional Personal Trainer, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan for you based on your health, schedule, and fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

If you are interested in finding out more information or setting up a consultation, send me a message! My main focus is to write you a fitness plan that you complete on your own over 6-12 weeks. At the end of that training cycle, we check in to reevaluate and reassess your goals and build a new plan off of that. I currently do not offer in-person training sessions.

Skarn: A metamorphic rock that has been chemically & mineralogically altered by metasomatism; the alteration of rocks by hot, chemically-active fluids that flow or diffuse through the rocks & cause recrystallization & compositional change.
